Services
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available.
It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients.
For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.
We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.
Our highly trained and experienced staff will make your experience as comfortable as possible.
Max will be the first smile to greet you when you visit our office.
She has over 24 years of dental office experience, with over 20 of them spent with our practice.
Max is a "people" person.
She loves helping our patients understand what to expect at their visit, explaining their insurance benefits, and scheduling their appointments.
Max was born and raised in Nebraska.
Her spare time is spent with her husband and 2 children.
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on which tooth is affected and on the extent of treatment required.
For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time treatment is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
As a service to our patients, we offer the CareCredit card.
CareCredit is an outside financing company that allows you to begin treatment immediately and then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that easily fit into your monthly budget.
If your physician or dentist advises antibiotic premedication because of mitral valve prolapse (MVP), heart murmur, rheumatic heart disease, or artificial joints, please make sure that you are on the appropriate antibiotic and correct dosage on the day of your appointment.
Please advise our office of any medical conditions that may be of concern prior to your appointment (for example: latex or drug allergies, anxiety disorders, etc.).
Continue taking all medications for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems and any other conditions as recommended by your physician.
Please refrain from eating for at least 2 hours and until the anesthesia has worn off to prevent possible injury to your soft tissue.
This will also allow the temporary restorative material to harden.
Any discomfort is often alleviated by over the counter medications such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), Alleve, aspirin, or acetaminophen (Tylenol).
Please note: Alcohol intake is not advised while taking these medications.
