He later earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1989.
Dr Rassoulian then completed a General Practice Residency at St. Mary's Hospital, an affiliated hospital of Yale School of Medicine in Connecticut.
Dr Rassoulian practiced general dentistry at Harvard University Health Services in Cambridge, Mass., and worked as a clinical instructor at Tufts University Dental School.
