For over 40 years, Madison Family Dental Associates has committed to providing exceptional care for a lifetime in the Madison and surrounding areas. To us, this means providing comprehensive, high quality dental services in a friendly and caring atmosphere. Our motto, "we will deliver excellence enthusiastically", focuses on the patient experience and peace of mind knowing they are receiving the best possible care for their oral health.

The best experience I have ever had. From the first person I talked to, to being seated in the chair by the hygienist and treated by the dentist. I was in so much pain and no one in the area would take me and fix my broken molar. They treated me with respect and understanding. They understood how fearful I am with needles and made me feel at ease.

I have finally found a dental office I will actually go into willingly without an emergency. I think my son will have the same experience as well when he's older. Thank you so much! Your team is wonderful and we are blessed to have you!
