He attended Southwest Texas State University, graduating with a degree in Biology and Chemistry.
He completed his dental doctoral program at the respected Creighton University Dental School in Omaha Nebraska.
Dr. Todd has enjoyed living in the Lacey/Olympia area for over 30 years.
His interests mesh well with the outdoor community lifestyle.
Along with being an avid fisherman, he enjoys scuba diving, cooking, Taekwondo and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
