When we get to see someone who is fearful, and apprehensive, and just afraid of the dentist office, and we get to know them, and get to understand what they want from us, and then we seem them kind of relax.

Then we see them, each time they come in again and again, we see them relax a little bit more to the point where we might start with someone where they need the laughing gas, or they maybe need to pre-medicate with an anti-anxiety med.
