Wisdom teeth removal is some of the most common oral surgery.
However, the removal of wisdom teeth prior to eruption is a little more involved than a simple tooth extraction.
Some general dentists may have the skill required to remove impacted wisdom teeth, but usually the services of an oral surgeon are required.
Oral surgeons are often chosen because patients need to be asleep or heavily sedated for the procedure and oral surgeons have the equipment and skill necessary to sedate or provide general anesthesia to patients.
Going to the dentist is often times a new experience for children.
Our staff is here to make that experience as pleasurable and easy as possible for your kids.
Even if they have been to the dentist before, knowing they are going to a specialist can make even the parents a little hesitant.
Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center is here to make everyone feel at ease and make every procedure we perform as quick and painless as possbile.
Are you in need of a procedure that only an oral surgeon can perform for your child?
