Serving as the official dentist for the New York Mets for six years, Dr. Mark Heller has extensive experience with sports issues, prevention, injuries, and emergency treatment. Dr. Andrew (Avi) Lermer is a lifelong resident of Long Island, having grown up in Fresh Meadows, Queens. He received his DDS degree at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2011.
Dr. Lermer continued his post-doctorate training at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset where he completed a General Practice Residency and also served as chief resident. After his residency training, Dr. Lermer completed a two-year fellowship program at North Shore University Hospital in surgical implant placement and implant prosthetics.
