With a background in medical business management, Donna managed a dental office in Incline Village for 11 years before relocating to Reno in 2001 and becoming Office Administrator for de Bruin Dental Center.

He received his bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from CSU Sacramento and is a graduate of the highly regarded program at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
He maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, Northern Nevada Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.
