Dr. Fox obtained undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland earning Baccalaureate degrees in Biological Science Research, and Dental Hygiene (Preventive Dentistry and Public Health).
She continued in Dental School at the Baltimore City Campus, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery; and later transferred to Howard University College of Dentistry where she graduated in 1994 with the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Honor of Excellence Award, among students in American Colleges of Dentistry from the American Dental Association.
