Dr. Rinku Parmar was a practicing general dentist in India. She later on moved to the USA and has called Philadelphia metro area and Pennsylvania her home since then. She received her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. After that, she practiced as a general dentist in the Philadelphia area for five years. She continued her dental education by obtaining a certificate in endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania.
She has been at University of Pennsylvania in faculty practice since then. She is clinical assistant professor at University of Pennsylvania endodontic department. She also provides care for low-income elderly at Neymours Senior Care. She is active member of AAE, ADA and Pennsylvania and Delaware Dental Society. Dr. Parmar practices both conventional and microsurgical endodontics, using ultrasonics, digital radiography, and the operating microscope.
