Our staff of qualified professionals works together as a team to bring you the highest quality treatment in a warm and caring atmosphere. It is our goal to provide comprehensive dental care with special attention to individual needs. We are conveniently located in the Woodhurst Office Complex, just southwest of the mall in Springfield, Missouri. Our dental family includes patients from Branson, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Rogersville, and many other Ozark communities.

Most dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of dental treatment. Patient co-pays and/or deductible expenses must be paid by the patient. We accept most dental insurance and will be happy to estimate benefits and submit dental claims for you.

General dentists do not have the extra training necessary to be Licensed as Specialists in the areas of endodontics (root canals), oral surgery, periodontics (gum disease), prosthodontics (dentures and removable or fixed appliances), pediatric dentistry (for children), orthodontics (braces), or pathology.
Services
We are very fortunate to have a father and son practicing General Dentistry together.
This allows extended hours along with experienced knowledge and the best of the newest techniques in dental care.
Dr. Gary Nail was born in Springfield, and grew up primarily in the St. Louis area.
He graduated from MU Columbia in 1970 and UMKC School of Dentistry in 1974.
He practiced General Dentistry for several years in suburban St. Louis before moving his family to Springfield in 1988.
After teaching Biology and Chemistry at Catholic High School, Dr. Gary served in Community Public Health with the Springfield Children's Clinic.
Our initial focus is on prevention through regular cleanings and exams, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
Periodic dental visits are imperative to maintain gum, tooth, and bone health as well as detect the early stages of cavities and oral cancer.
Defects in teeth can be caused by cavities, malformations, discolorations, or fractures.
We offer three types of materials to repair these defects: Composite (tooth-colored), Amalgam (silver), or Gold.
When a tooth is lost, an implant is a wonderful screw-like replacement similar to a real tooth.
