After my first couple of visits, very thorough records of each tooth and gum showing the progression of their health are kept and shown at later appointments. Advice of how to further care for is given and from greeting to examination to treatment is wonderfully executed. They are good people through and through.

Today was my first time coming to Dr. Erickson. I had the best experience. Janan the receptionist was nice and helpful. Michelle was so thorough and explained everything. Dr. Erickson was so knowledgeable. Overall, I have never felt more safe and taken care of in another dentist chair in my life, that sense of security and trust is hard to come by these days. I live a bit far away but it is definitely worth the drive. I will be coming here for years to come. Thank you to the entire team!

Been a while and I needed a new dentist. I like this guy. No b.s., no guilt trips (had a few of those from ex-dentists, which is why they're my ex-dentists), just "we need to do x, y, and z, here's a plan for x, y, and z, let's get to it." And he's a laugh riot beyond that, too. Good music on the overheads, a good hygienist who gets it done efficiently. Redirecting my wife here on the basis of just my first couple of visits as she needs a new one as well.

I have been going to Dr. Eriksen for over 10 years. The care I have received is un-parralled in my opinion. I moved out of the area 4 years ago and tried different new dentists in my area. Not one came close to giving me the genuine care I received at Northgate so I now find myself driving 2 hours for their care. The hygienists are amazing! When you leave their chair, you know you teeth are clean. This sounds very cliche, but they truly do care about your teeth and overall oral health.

I've been visiting Dr. Erickson for the past few years. He's extremely professional and courteous. The only small gripe I have is with the office manager /receptionist, she shouldn't be discussing payments, insurance plans and making one feel like how on earth is the bill going to be paid for publicly. This is very private information and there should not be any assumptions made about anyone's ability to pay for services.
