Dr. John J. Park is a General Dentist who graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
In the fall of 1995, he traveled to Moscow, Russia with his wife Sandy to serve as the dental director of the Adventist Health Clinic.
After returning to California, he and his wife were blessed with the birth of their first child, Corynna.
He then chose to relocate to Eugene, Oregon in order to raise his family in a smaller, more family-oriented community.
After practicing in the Eugene area for over five years as part of a group practice (and adding two more children, Conner and Caitlyn, to the fold), he decided to open his own solo practice in April of 2003.
In the fall of 1995, he traveled to Moscow, Russia with his wife Sandy to serve as the dental director of the Adventist Health Clinic.
After returning to California, he and his wife were blessed with the birth of their first child, Corynna.

She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Nursing with a BSN.
Sandy "retired" from nursing after the birth of their 3rd child to become a full-time mom of three.
When Dr. Park started his solo practice in 2003 Sandy successfully orchestrated and managed his practice until she hired additional staff.
Even then, she continued to stay very involved with his patients and dental practice, always striving to make sure that each and every one of our patients felt at home the minute they walked through our office door.

We accept & bill most insurance companies.
We also contract with ODS (Delta Dental), Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon & Pacific Source and are preferred providers for these insurance companies.
At Oregon Family Dental we will provide you with a written pre-treatment estimate detailing the recommended treatment, treatment fees, estimated insurance payment and your estimated co-payment (due at the time of service).

At this visit we will use x-rays as well as a visual exam to diagnose any current dental problems.
If you've had x-rays taken in the last year, please let a member of our scheduling staff know so that we can request those records from your previous dentist.
We will also provide you with a proposed treatment plan showing the recommended treatment as well as the fee's associated with your treatment.
