I had the best cleaning with Frank at my first visit and a great initial exam with Dr. Jon. I have already come back to get his expert opinion on a some old dental work that has been bothersome. He kindly referred me to a specialist who was very good and professional- clearly a great recommendation. This office is all around beautiful, has great music and a welcoming staff.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From my initial consultation, to follow up with insurance and everything in between, the staff here continuously went above and beyond expectations. Dr. Jon was a complete star with his recommendations and how he listened to my concerns. I had quite a bit of work done and he made it all completely painless. I had surgery years ago that caused some paralysis in my face and have been wanting to do what I could to improve my appearance. I am so happy with the veneers he gave me, he not only did great work, but he restored some self confidence in me and got me smiling genuinely again.
All of the staff was wonderful, Nicole at the front was kind, caring and responsive and I appreciated her help.
This business has a particular rockstar working there, Nikki. As a former business owner, I would steal her in a heartbeat. Warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgable, and 100% on point. She completely put me at ease with my concerns, followed up with me quickly every time I had a question or concern, and always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. It is clear that Nikki truly cares about patients as people. She is an absolute gem and a true professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jayne since 1991. My first actual procedure with Dr. Jon was a recent gum grafting. Trial by fire in other words. I proved to be a very challenging patient because I planned to have sedation then ended up having a severe Restless Leg Syndrome attack as the meds took effect. Dr. Jon and his staff handled it with incredible expertise and professionalism. Try doing a delicate procedure on someone whose legs are intermittently thrashing. It took a village....And I know it can't have been easy. Any concern I might have had about Dr. Jayne retiring and Dr. Jon taking over the practice is gone. He is clearly outstanding at what he does. The entire staff there, from the front desk crew to the assistants and technicians, is incredibly kind and good at what they do as well. As someone who has a "high maintenance mouth", I can't stress just how important this is to me. Thank you Dr. Jon and crew. I'm very grateful to have you taking care of me.

I've had several appointments at Jayne & Kois Dentistry over the past couple months, working with Dr. Jayne specifically. It's been an awesome experience so far and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist in the downtown area. The staff is great and very helpful with questions.

Dr Jayne and his staff have been fantastic so far. I found them about two months ago while searching the internet for top cosmetic dentistry in Seattle. That's when I stumbled upon Dr Jayne and his team. I filled out a 'contact form' that night and actually received an email back 20 minutes later from Dr Jayne himself! (5 stars already!) I went in a couple weeks later and was warmly greeted by his front desk staff, who are so helpful and accommodating. His hygienist is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. They have come up with an excellent plan for me. I'm so glad I found Dr Jayne and will be coming to him for years and years to come
