Best dentist I've ever been to by far. Dr. Abbott is absolutely amazing and his staff is just as good! He's so gentle with his patients but will recommend the best treatment for you without trying to rip you off. I'll never leave!

Best Dental office I've been to in a very long time. I've never want to go to the Dentist. I suffer from panic attacks, however; I can honestly says the whole staff, put meat ease! I will continue to go there until I have my "Tina" smile back! Thank you for not judging me & making me feel comfortable & important. I appreciate y'all so much. People, listen up!

If you're a scary cat like me or not, if you need a Dentist who REALLY cares & a wonderful staff to help you with all the decisions about your teeth, Go! I had a great first experience here today at the McKinney branch. I think my hygienist was Laura or Lauren. She was very gentle and obviously had a lot of experience cleaning teeth. She was very easy to talk to and was happy to get to know me and my dental history before just jumping in. Everyone that works there takes their time and appears to be very happy and peaceful. I will absolutely be back!

It's rare to find a dentist office you are comfortable in. It's even harder to find one that talk about preventive measures. The Dental Depot had accomplished both. The office felt warm and comforting the moment we walked in to walking out. They understood our needs and talked about not just treating but preventing from further damage. They broke our care plan into management portions where we actually look forward to coming in for treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff. You made our day. If you can please come here, you will not regret it.

We've had a great experience with scheduling, having the kids seen, being able to sit with them while they're being by seen. All around fantastic team.

Dr. Abbott and his nurse did a great job with my dental crown and filling. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable. Their professionalism made the process almost painless, and the result is a job well done.

Took both girls to our first dental appointment at Dental Depot this past weekend. We were greeted upon entry, only waited about 1 minute to be taken back and both girls had rooms across from each other so I could easily watch both. Everyone was so friendly and patient with the 4 year old that wasn't too thrilled with having her teeth polished. I was very happy with the service we received and have made an appointment for myself as well. Update: Went back for my own appointment today and guess what, service was amazing again! Top it off with crazy state of the art equipment and imaging and you can bet we have found our new family dentist.

Dr. Abbott and his staff were very helpful and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and I didn't feel hurried or rushed. They seemed to genuinely care, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I would definitely recommend them for all of your dental needs.'

Had an old crown fall off and the great folks at Dental Depot took care of cleaning it and putting it back. They are so accommodating and get you in fast. Doctor is terrific, hygienists are amazing and front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist.

The team at Dental Depot is top notch. They did everything possible to help me when I was in severe pain. Dr. Abbott was wonderful and Chris is the true MVP. Highly recommend!

Dentist is great, staff are friendly. One note: majority of the time, when they took x-ray on my tooth, they don't put a protective shield cover over my chest. I would say not using the shield is convenient, but I would suggest to use it. My visit for regular cleaning in February 2024 was great as the hygienist shared very useful info for how to perform preventive cleaning at home.

Dr. Abbott is the best dentist! He is attentive, very personable and makes patients feel relaxed and at ease. He even sings along to the music playing over the speakers in the office : I started seeing Dr. Abbott in the Highland Village office and was disappointed when he left to open the McKinney location. However, after about a year, I have decided to move my appointments from HiVi to McKinney.

I'm glad I did! Dr. Abbott observed my most recent X-rays and ultimately found a large cavity that was missed at my cleaning last month. He also removed an old composite crown that had separated from the surface of my tooth, placed a temporary and will place the permanent crown when it is delivered. I'm glad I finally decided to make the drive to McKinney!

I'm extremely pleased with my first visit! The office is new and spotless. Staff is friendly and efficient. I felt HEARD regarding my concerns and appreciated Dr Abbott explaining things with honesty and integrity. He addressed my concerns, but didn't push or bully me in a direction I cannot afford to go with my care. I'm happy to have made the change from my previous dentist! I truly feel like I can trust Dr Abbott and his team to look out for my best interest!

Took my 3 kiddos to see Dr. Abbott and team today! They were wonderful with them and I was so impressed with their ability to keep my crazy 3 year old engaged and cooperative! When we left he said "that was the BEST doctor EVER!"
