I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Agarwal and her team. I got a full set of x-rays and a checkup. I had a second appointment to get three cavities filled I was nervous when I went in but she put me right at ease. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new family dentist, or needing emergency care.

Decided after years to go to the destist and this is where i chose to come after googling many dental Clinics in my area. Glad i did! Staff is really nice, they explain everything to you beforehand and give you a chance to ask questions and let them know your concerns, i didn't feel awkward asking my many questions and felt really comfortable! They also let you know pricing so you can decide what and when to get procedures done which to me at least is amazing. I Will keep coming here for all my dental needs from now on

Recently transferred my dental care to Definition Dental. I did not have a positive experience at my precious dentist and had put off routin dental care for years due to this. I found the many positive reviews for Definition Dental and thus, decided it was time to try a new place. The reviews were accurate - the staff are all welcoming, positive, and informative! I will continue receiving care here as along as my insurance allows. I would recommend this dentist to others - and have recommended them to friends.

I really appreciate how the doctor and staff stayed late to assess my toothache and answer all my questions and explain my options. They went above and beyond to expedite treatment for my comfort. Friendly and accommodating staff. I am impressed how many skills Dr. Agarwal has in dentistry. And many thanks to Amanda for making all the arrangements in preparation for my procedure.

I've had several years of neglect because my last two dentists made me feel worse about myself for not always keeping up on routine care. As a result, instead of feeling demeaned by these "professionals" again, I stopped going to the dentist all together.

Recently I broke a tooth and was stuck having to find a dentist - no way was I going back to a previous one. I got a referral for Definition Dental and made an appointment. They were able to get me in in just a couple days. When I got there the entire team made me feel welcome. They didn't care to dwell on my past. Instead, they seem to be very happy to have me there and are making sure I feel comfortable so we can move forward to improve my overall dental health.

This was my most pleasant experience among all the doctors office visits. The staff was courteous in greeting, checking me in on time, and Dr. Agarwal was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel any pressure to have any procedures done unlike other Dentist's office. My appointment was scheduled promptly and I was able to see the doctor within a week. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody who is in need of quick and efficient dental work.

Friendly, personable staff that communicates well. Everyone in my family has been a patient here for many years and we continue to be really happy. For those who dislike dentists in general, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how they tell you about each step of treatment, clearly explain options and answer questions before they start sticking stuff into your mouth! My first appointment with Definition Dental was the first dental work I'd had in years and they made the experience very pleasant. The staff is friendly, their office looks clean and they value their customers. I say this because I had some mixups with my insurance but they have been very helpful through the process of straightening it all out. Overall, I am pleased with their services.

As newer patients (just over a year) and new to the area we were so pleased when our first attempt to find a dental practice turned out so well. The location is convenient, but the staff is just the best. And the services have been great as well of course. We had to adjust to the short week for regular appointments but appreciate the ease of making appointments, availability, and the excellent email communications. All around 3 thumbs up from our family.

I have been going to Definite Dental for almost 20 years. They are very friendly and professional, and have always done a great job of taking care of me as a patient. Also, they always seem to be up to date on the latest technology in the dental industry. They also do a great job of notifying me as a reminder before my appointments to make sure I have them on my schedule, which is nice when there is 6 months between cleanings.

I recently had an appointment and unlike visits to other doctors, they actually were ready for me and got me in at the same time as my appointment was set for. Marissa at the front desk was very nice offered me a bottle of water. Kristen cleaned my teeth and took ex-rays. She was very gentle and I didn't experience any pain throughout the process.

She was also a pleasure to talk to throughout the process. Dr. Agarwal came right in to finish the examination as soon as my cleaning was done, without me having to wait. I can honestly say that my experience couldn't have been better!

I just had my first ever appointment at definition dental and Overall this place is great. Everyone who worked there was very kind and personable. The receptionist actually shook my hand and offered me water, while the dental assistant was very gentle and friendly, which is great because I don't love getting my teeth picked at. At the end I had some questions about cosmetic dentistry and the dentist and her assistant were both very informative and honest. Definitely glad I switched dentists. I can't wait to see what we can do to my pearly whites =

We trust the staff to the fullest. They are all very well trained and efficient in their work. The team at Definition Dental was fantastic. I was reminded of my appointment a day earlier via text, and I did not have to wait once I arrived. Lisa did an amazing job, very courteous and pleasant to work with, and especially concerned with my overall comfort. It was totally painless and I had a great experience with Definition Dental.

Mar 2015 This was the office I changed to after 40 years with a office in Oregon City. I wasn't unhappy at my other office, just tired of the drive after moving to SW Portland I shopped around a lot and found Dr. Houlihand. I have always had a good experience at your office. I have never waited very long at all and most the time, even when I'm early, I'm taken right in. Painless experience for all procedures.

This is the first shot I have had (while awake) and Dr Houlihan makes them easy to tolerate. All the staff are pleasant to be around, and make me feel very welcome, like I have been a patient for years, and I'm new. I got two dental implants and a cleaning, so a real experience. Feb-2017 I have now been with this dentistry for almost two years and although they have changed to a new dentist, she is wonderful and very good with the needle and procedures.

I hardly feel it at all. I have now had two implants and two fillings and recently broke an old crown and now I'm having that re-done. I would highly recommend this office for any dental needs. I'm very pleased with their expertise and care. They are knowledgeable and gentle and always concerned about your comfort. I would definitely recommend their service!
