Mountain Kids Pediatric Dentistry

Such a fantastic visit with the MK team. Having 2 kids with a large age gap, I was worried how we would manage a visit at the same time, but their team were pros. They took the time to explain what was going on to both me and my 8 year old and left us all feeling comfortable and well taken care of.

Dr Joe is amazing with my son. he made sure my son was comfortable while doing procedures and check ups. and fills me in on every step and shows me xrays to make it clear and understandable of what he's going to do. all the staff is amazing made me feel at ease and especially when I was emotional about my son's surgery

I had an amazing experience they were very helpful in explaining everything. Very welcoming and just by them taking care of my son with the best care I felt relief and gratitude towards how they treated us. It was an amazing experience highly recommend.

I had a very happy camper for his first dental cleaning. The staff were patient and kind to both our son and to us. The space itself is beautiful, from its thoughtful waiting area with interactive play stations, to the vibrant art, to the happy little chairs for the kids to lay on. Somehow our kids love the dentist! I waited till our kids were 3, 5, and seven to take them for the first time I was so worried they would hate it but they all love it and our 5yr old just had her cavities filled and she liked that too I'm super impressed. The financial piece is also very straightforward and clear which I appreciate.

I am so thankful for our experience at mountain kids. We were concerned about a snoring issue with my son. Dr. Joe didn't stop at one question; he continued asking questions until we could get to a probable cause of the issue. He kept asking questions and we were able to determine that my mom instinct was right and he needed a frenectomy. The procedure was simple and we saw immediate positive results. Because of the staff at Mountain Kids, their willingness to listen to my concerns, and their ability to think outside the box, my son's life is infinitely better.

Mountain Kids have been the most amazing and best pediatric dentistry! I've experienced a lot of different dentists, my son has a lot of dental issues and is terrified of dental work due to some horrific dentists we have had to deal with ( not every pediatric dentist is meant to work with children), mountain kids has changed My kids outlook on dental Care!

For real, couldn't get an X-ray on my youngest for 5 years ( very sensitive gag reflex) he came here and the dental assistants were amazing with him, got him a full x-ray within minutes, no issues! My oldest has been seen immediately for issues and they treat her like a young adult, so great with teens! We drive from Estes Park, they are great with our schedules, honest about procedures needed and very upfront costs/insurance explanations! Front desk is awesome and super nice! I would absolutely suggest and support Mountain Pediatrics Dentistry!

My kids had a good experience here all 4 of my kids had work done here and they are good with kiddos.when your kids see the dentist they explain the procedure very well! I recommend this place for kiddos! Dr joe and the staff is great

AMAZING service, this was my sons very first visit and the dental assistant was an angel. The dentist was kind, quick, and answered all my questions. They really do well with young kiddos I was thoroughly impressed.

Dr. Guido and Dr. Bowman were phenomenal. I drove 4 hours round-trip to have my 1 year old see them for what ended up being a lip and tongue tie removal. They were so empathetic, and I felt no judgement that it took me a year to figure out my child had this issue. They were so patient with myself and my child, gave me a lot of information and a lot of assurance. I will continue taking my child there for years to come!

My son had his first dental appointment at Mountain Kids Pediatric Dental and I must say I was really impressed with how patient and understanding they were with my child. And Dr Joe was very gentle and explained everything as he was working on his teeth. I would totally recommend this place.

Mountain Kids has always been an extremely positive experience for me and my two kids. Staff at every level is friendly and upbeat, thorough, and time efficient! As an adult who has made the three hour round-trip drive in the past to see my favorite dentist, I have high expectations of dental providers, and Mountain Kids checks all the boxes.

I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. Dr. Joe and the team are phenomenal. They have a fun, playful atmosphere and staff take a developmentally friendly, trauma informed approach that puts everyone at ease. It's apparent how much they care in everything they do.

Always a great experience here. This is the second time I've been here with all 3 of my kids ages 2, 6, and 8 at the same time. I was worried about scheduling them all at the same time but the staff are so patient, helpful, and really efficient! We are in and out in 30 minutes with x rays and everything. I also highly recommend them for neurodivergent children. They are great with my son who has sensory processing disorder and ADHD.

I love bringing my son here! They are always clean and super nice. My son hates being bothered by people he doesn't know but he loves them and will let them look in his mouth. The options to keep kids entertained is fun, he loves that they are different and not all the same as other places. I will continue to bring him here until he's too old to come:

We have had a great experience here every single time. Everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel welcome. My son has had a few fillings & cleanings with Dr. Shivaun and she made the experiences less scary for him. Unfortunately, the office does not accept our insurance but we continue to return because of the customer service and positive experiences we have with Mountain Kids Pediatric Dentistry.

We had a great experience here! Dr. Joe, Rachel, and the whole team were great! Our toddler needed some caps, and they were all very patient and explained the whole process. Best of all they were not super "judgy" like many other dentists are. There are many pediatric dentists that are closer to our house, but we will happily make the drive to keep getting this great service.

Update 4/28/23 We just took our almost-one-year-old for her first checkup, along with her two older siblings. We had a wonderful experience all around. The entire office is always immaculate and the atmosphere is relaxing. We met Dr Foster today and had a great visit! We have been going to Mountain Kids Pediatric Dentistry for years. My kids both LOVE going, and have had nothing but positive experiences.
