Excellent dentist with fabulous staff. Both Dr. Smith and his hygienist were extremely diligent to assure my crown fit perfectly. The next day they saw me immediately to take care of remaking a nighttime mouth guard. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in this office.

So glad I found this Dentist. I have been so happy. They Care and are greatly skilled!

From walking In the door to walking out, each staff member made us feel like family at our first visit. Dr. Smith and his staff went over everything super thoroughly. Would recommend 1000 times!

I went in today with a toothache. I was seen immediately by his staff then by Dr. Smith. All were extremely professional and very helpful. I left with a temporary crown and was truly pleased with the care I received.

Had issues with a root canal done by another dentist. Dr Smith got me in quickly and fixed the problem. Have had no issues since he fixed it. Definitely recommend Dr Smith and his staff!

Dr. Smith was wonderful! I needed an emergency root canal and was in tons of pain but Dr. Smith was able to get me in really quickly even though we were in the middle of an ice storm! Sean up front is so wonderful and quick to respond with anything I needed. Thanks again Guys at Shane Smith DDS!

Shane Smith DDS is a great dental office. Holly took care of me and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of my Xrays and cleaning. Mary at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She also made sure my follow up appt was scheduled and made me aware of all costs that would be my responsibility. They allowed me to pay a portion down toward my next visit and let me know what to expect. Shane came in and talked to me about my follow up care and plan for my next appt.

We discussed what aspects of my Xrays were going to be most important to address as soon as possible and what I may need to address in the near future. Everyone worked very hard to make sure my visit was as pleasant as possible.

The people here were so friendly from the time I walked in the door. I was very nervous about the procedure that I was going to have done but the doctor's assistant made me so comfortable and calm. Dr. Smith was very nice also. I would highly recommend this Dentist office.

I had two root canals done here. They were more than pleasant and made the root canals seem like such an easy process. I can also text instead of call regarding almost anything which is perfect for someone like me because I literally work 7 days a week so I'm always on the go.

The care I received here was like no other. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and receive Phenomenal care. Before my procedure me and doc went over it in detail. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I was asked throughout the procedure of my comfort level, even offered a break if I needed one. He explained every step as he was doing it to ease my fears.

From the front desk to the chair and back to check out I felt like I was their only patient. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. If I could give it more stars I would. A huge thanks goes out to all the staff as they got me in super fast, made sure I chose the best option for me, handle my insurance with ease so I knew exactly what my costs were and caring staff to insure my comfort and security like no other.
