JAX Dental Implants & Dentures

I went for a free consultation with a mouthful of problems. The staff I had the pleasure of seeing, Lisa, LuLu, and Dr Russell, were all friendly, informative, patient with my questions and sensitive to my needs and expenses. All are more than willing to meet with me again to answer any questions, once I have digested the information. Highly recommend getting a consultation at Jax Implants and Dentures before deciding where to go and what services are best for you.

Great experience! Honest! Top technology! I picked this place because of all the great reviews, and I am happy to say that my own experience reflects this also! The initial free exam was amazing. I thought I might have an infected root canal and may need a dental implant. The hygienist gave me a cone beam scan, which is an awesome 3D image of the mouth.

She saw there appeared to be no infection! And the dentist confirmed this! And the dentist thought my gold crown could last me my lifetime! The waiting room was beautiful and comfortable. The technology was fantastic. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The hygienist and doctor were honest and caring. It really doesn't get better than this. Thank you and Praise God!

From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with warmth from all the wonderful ladies! After the doctor reviewed my scans, I was throughly walked through all available options for my specific case. I am set for my surgery in 6 days and for someone who has a severe panic disorder, I can honestly say they have eased every fear and can not wait until I can post the final results!

OK the process is just starting but I have met with mini dentist and many different implant professionals but this office and this team makes me feel good about moving forward. This is the first time I can actually say I am very excited to go to the dentist.

Everyone was courteous, friendly, very professional, and knew what they were talking about. Felt very comfortable being there.

The female dental nurse that assisted me was superb! I am ashamed I forgot her name. I have chronic pain and she adjusted the machines and my chair to the point I was more than comfortable. She was knowledgeable, relayed all the information in an understanding way and took time to answer my questions. She is a definite asset to the office. I hope if you go you have the pleasure of meeting her!

First appointment. I traveled to Jacksonville to take my 84 yr old mom to be fitted for dentures. They were great with her, and agreed she did not need to have more teeth removed. She was very happy and they adjusted the appointments so I wouldn't have to make a lot of trips from out of town which I appreciate very much.

So friendly! Even after we found out my ins didn't pay enough. The sweet lady up front helped me find my Uber driver and helped me into the car! She went over and beyond knowing I couldn't be a patient. I won't forget that and tell everyone I know! I'm 73 and most of my friends are the same age. I will yell them all about that great place! Check in was fast, staff was very professional and friendly! Didn't leave confused because they were very informative about my situation and gave me many affordable options! Really made my visit comfortable as possible!

Great place! Everyone is very friendly from the check in to doctors and nurses. Very professional, no long wait, if you have appointment at 10am, they will take you in exactly that time. I did an implant and it was not easy procedure for me, i didn't feel anything during procedure, but recovery felt like after surgery. All, doctor and his assistants, everyone did a great job, I would highly recommend that dental office.

I had an appointment for a consultation onThursday 10/13/22 From the initial call making the appointment to the end of my appointment everyone was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I was confident that the answers were honest. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. The office is in a great location and easy to find.

If this is not one of the BEST dental facilities in Jacksonville I would be shocked. Absolutely top notch personalities at this location. They have made both of my visits amazing. They know the importance of calming a customer. Especially since dental visits are rarely something a person looks forward to or gets excited about. Huge surprise was the surgeon actually cared about my opinion/thoughts on what I wanted done.that was a first for me.

The facility is professional, clean, and exceptionally orderly. However, I repeat the standout is the office personnel. All seem genuinely concerned about the client and providing the best quality of care and concern they can provide at a fair price. That includes the assistants (too many to name as all were awesome), front desk personnel, oral surgeon, and Trey who explained the pricing to me. Awesome job you guys! See you at the next appt.

Actually surprisingly very good experience. I was very anxious about the appointment as I have never had a good experience with a dentist. This place put me at ease as soon as I walked in. Everyone was smiling and friendly and once I got in there everything was fully explained before it was done and my anxiety disappeared. Now looking forward to the procedure ( not the pain as nothing involving the teeth is painless )

Loved everyone there they were all so very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone there helped make my husband and I feel so comfortable, their confidants help ease our worries and concerns with everything can't thank them enough! Just pick up my second set of temporary teeth and I love them there great can't wait to get my permanent teeth love it everyone there is amazing so very worth it love this place.

I had researched and asked for referrals from multiple people as well as done countless hours of scrolling and reading websites etc. I scheduled a consultation at 8am as I had 2 failed fillings cause 2 broken teeth that required extraction. From the very minute I walked into the office I was greeted with super bright smiles and a great attitudes. The equipment was very modern machinery and the exam process was so efficient that we had a plan of action within minutes.

The best part was I was in my own surgery suite within hours listening to my own music.(lol. Sorry about the 90's hip hop) and had a very pleasant experience having a few extractions done on very difficult and large teeth as well as the beginning process of the studs for the implants being installed. The pricing was very fair and highly recommend them and applaud them on their professionalism and overall efficency! Thank you!
