Amazing Dental office. Dr. Williams and Liz were kind, personable and welcoming. I have very high standards and they definitely knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend this team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for some time. He is the most gentle dentist that I have experienced in a very long time. I find Dr Williams to be both gentle and kind while maintaining his professionalism.

Excellent dentist office, from the entire staff being welcoming and friendly to the great location and clean office. Such a pleasant place. We are fairly new to Charlotte and this office is close to our home. We made the choice to go here for our dental care and I'm so glad! The whole staff was very welcoming and extremely genuine; from the front desk, to the hygienist and of course Dr. Williams. They were gentle with my cleaning and attentive to my concerns. Would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone needing a clean, inviting and professional place to go!

Dr. Williams is experienced as well as competent and explains the procedure or treatment plan in a way that patients can understand and participate in decisions impacting their dental care. The entire team exhibits authenticity and kindness and is focused on providing excellent dental care based on each individual patient's unique needs.

They are responsive to patient concerns and questions and want to work with patients to help eliminate any barriers to dental health. As a healthcare provider, I am extremely particular about my providers and I would highly recommend Williams Dental without reservation.

Dr. Williams was mentioned more than anyone else when I asked for a dentist on social media and now I know why. This is a great private practice that has an opposite feel of a lot of the corporate offices around town. Everything is new and clean and you can tell he put as much detail into finding a great staff as he did the aesthetics of the office. He's a calm guy and a great communicator. I would highly recommend!

I do not like going to the dentist. Never have and probably never will. I have receeding gums and sensitive teeth. I've known for years that I need to do something about my gums but life got in the way. Dr. Williams did not pressure me into taking the next step with a periodontist. He simply took the time to explain the situation without pushing or making me feel like my teeth are about to fall out if I don't do something right away.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Williams. I was surprised that he was the one who cleaned my teeth! None of the other dentists I've been to over the years has ever done that. But Dr. Williams does this so he can really get to know your teeth and your trouble spots. He used a topical numbing solution so very few of my sensitive areas "zinged" whiled he was cleaning.

They don't use a scraper but some sort of super-concentrated water jet that blasts away build-up which was worse that normal since I'd skipped dental visits the last year (thanks, Covid-19). Dr. Williams staff is friendly and welcoming. Their office is clean, modern and beautifully designed by Dr. Williams wife who is an architect. Before I left, I set up appointments for my husband and kids. So glad I found Dr. Williams for my family's dental needs.

Hands down the best dentist I have been to! It was my first time as a new patient and the entire staff was very nice and genuinely caring. Dr. Willams is great, he was gentle and extremely good at explaining what was going to be happening during the visit. It's nice to have finally found a dentist that takes care of patients to this high of a degree!

Went here as a new patient and I absolutely loved my visit! Everyone was so nice and Dr. Williams took the time to really go over the best dental plan with me. My prior dentist never spent nearly as much time as Dr. Williams did. The office looks amazing as well and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist nearby!

My husband and I were also patients of Dr Williams at his previous practice. You will not get better dental expertise or a more caring, friendly staff than this office. We have nothing but high praise for Dr Williams and his staff.

Visiting Dr Williams was a Great experience overall! From the moment you walk in the receptionist is warm and welcoming and the lobby is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you're in your own stylish living room. Both the hygienist Laurie & Dr Williams are so friendly and personable- they are both so sincere and care about your comfort and experience.

This review is all coming from someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist but after such wonderful treatment and ease of my cleaning, x-rays and well-check I will definitely be more comfortable going back for future visits and would highly recommend to anyone!

Liz is an amazing hygienist! I saw her for the first time today, and hands down the best cleaning experience I've ever had. She was so gentle and was aware & careful around the areas of my teeth that are sensitive. It was such a pleasant experience! Great office, doctor, and staff!

Dr. Williams is excellent! He listens to any and all concerns without rushing you. I also feel that he keeps up with the latest technology and is willing to invest in it. The office staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Before he moved to his new office I would travel 45 minutes just to see him. Lucky for me, his new office is closer and more convenient. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams.

Dr. Williams was awesome! I hate going to the dentist but he changed my whole idea of the typical painful and dreadful dentist visit. He was very gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable at a place I never experience comfort. The staff are amazing and super sweet! Thank you Dr. Williams!
