Just step through the doors of Children's Dentistry of Chattanooga and it isn't hard to see why we are like the Disney World of Pediatric Dentistry! Both kids and parents alike love that they can count on having a premier dental experience at each visit with the best in comfortable, modern, preventive dentistry that keeps young smiles strong and healthy.

We take serving our community seriously - we've been doing it for decades - and go out of our way to treat every child just the way we would our own. But what makes our Chattanooga pediatric dental practice really special is the positive, fun experiences and comfortable interactions families have with our team. We know a great environment is super-important in a pediatric dental office because it sets the stage for a positive experience - and that sets the stage for a lifetime of beautiful, happy, and healthy smiles.

As a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow at the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Chattanooga native, Dr. Clay Goins, has made it his life's mission to help kids and their families.

Marveling at the G-scale Gardner Chattanooga choo choo that travels nine feet above our office, wandering through tunnels and over replicas of our very own Market and Walnut street bridges.
In fact, kids love our environment so much, they sometimes ask their parents to hurry up and schedule the next visit.
Imagine that - kids asking to see the dentist!
We really have created a wonderland of fun and relaxation - a magical place for smiles of all ages and needs.
My kids love this place.
The whole staff is so nice and welcoming to us and our children.
From the moment kids are born to the moment they wave goodbye and head out on their own, parents work hard to take care of, protect, and nurture their children.
We've got kids too and know what it's like.
That's why Dr. Clay Goins and his team at Children's Dentistry of Chattanooga offer a pediatric practice that's brilliantly designed for both kids and parents.
And while everyone is amazed at the atmosphere we've created and the team we've built, our comprehensive list of services is also pretty impressive.
Our patients and our team LOVE Dr. Clay and it's easy to see why.
He's kind, gentle, caring, funny, passionate about helping kids and understands how to communicate with them (and parents) to ensure everyone has a positive dental experience, every visit.
It makes sense that he's been voted the "Best of the Best" pediatric dentist by Chattanoogans for several years.
Dr. Clay is a true Chattanooga native who was awarded a full presidential academic scholarship to attend Murray State University where he earned degrees in biology and chemistry and played soccer for the Racers.
Lots of dentists see kids.
And while it may seem more convenient to take your kids to the dentist you see yourself, you should check out our office first!
General, family, and cosmetic dentists don't have the benefit of specialty training for 2-3 years in a residency beyond dental school.
And this leaves them without skills to deal with children or those with special needs.
And they can't be board certified in pediatric dentistry without first completing a residency.
The advanced training of our Children's Dentistry of Chattanooga doctors builds on their natural affinity with kids and gives them all the skills needed to alleviate anxiety, communicate on a child's wavelength, and offer treatment with techniques that are particular to pediatric dentistry.
Having a person with special needs in your life is both a joy and a challenge.
Of course we think all kids are special, and of course, all kids can be a challenge, but if you are the parent of a child with disabilities or health issues, you know just what we mean when we say we think your child is extra special.
Kids with special needs really teach us about how to live with challenges, how to persevere and experience joy no matter what.
We absolutely admire them - and their parents - and we want them to keep their smiles as strong and healthy as they deserve to be.
