Dr. Fain has not one, but two dental degrees - she received her first in Moscow, Russia, and her second Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
While in Moscow, she completed both an orthodontics residency and her post-doctoral thesis in orthodontics.
