Carmen was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and obtained her Business Management degree from Allied College.
Prior to upgrading to the dental industry she worked in hospitality for 4 years before taking a role in the banking industry culminating in her position as a VP for The Mortgage Shop.
Carmen has now been running practices for 11 years and is cross-trained in Medical Billing and Coding.
As such, she is uniquely skilled at helping patients maximize their insurance benefits, as well as helping them find appointments that fit their busy schedules.
