In fact, those without insurance will save even more. Countryside Dental is committed to continuing education so that we can provide exceptional service and treatment. We are always on the quest for excellence and to become the best. All members will receive the listed services as part of their membership. The only costs members will have other than their annual membership fee will be for material and laboratory costs associated with services such as crowns (and other services).
Membership fees (initial and renewal) are based on 12 month periods. At Countryside Dental we are offering our guests the option of joining our membership. With a membership at Countryside Dental, our guests pay a flat fee for which we provide all our services for 12 months.
