Unless you're having a problem you will be first scheduled with one of our amazing hygienists who will review your past medical history and take any necessary X-rays.
After that is completed, they will clean your teeth to remove any tartar that has accumulated since your last dental checkup.
We do this first because some patients build up quite a lot of tartar and it can be hard to diagnose cavities on the teeth until it is removed.
After your teeth are bright and clean, the hygienist will call on a doctor to come and meet with you, listen to your concerns, carefully examine your overall oral health, review any X-rays taken, and provide you with options for any treatment you may need.
