Dr. Patricia Hartman was raised in Martinsburg, WV. She attended Shepherd University earning her bachelor's degree with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. During her time at Shepherd, she was named a McMurran Scholar which is the highest academic honor a student can receive. Due to the number of patients' concerned about finances our insurance coordinator can send in a pre-authorization to your insurance company for more lengthy treatment plans.
This allows the patient to be educated about their insurance and their financial responsibility to help reduce any surprises along the way.
