She graduated from the dental assisting program at Western Career College in Sacramento and has been in the dental field since 2003.

Dr. Albert Truong is a lifelong University of the Pacific graduate, having earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology, and later his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, the only 3-year accelerated program in the country.
Dr. Truong's practice philosophy focuses on a patient-centered approach through mutual understanding and respect.
He supports all of his patients to take control of their oral health through education.

Dr. Melody Pongmanopap was born and raised in Southern California.
She received her bachelor's degree in Molecular Environmental Biology at UC Berkeley.
She later attended dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where she met her husband, Dr. Truong, through their shared love of community service events.
Following graduation, they lived in beautiful Washington State for several years, practicing dentistry while enjoying Pacific Northwest experiences.
After growing homesick, their hearts took them back to sunny California, where the proximity to their family, friends, and the great outdoors drew them to Woodland and Sacramento.
