By the time he graduated from high school, he had lived in 9 different states and 16 cities while his father worked as part of the Clean Water Act, building water purification plants.
Moving from place to place when he was young gave Dr. Reece a broad perspective of other people and cultures in the United States.
He has discovered that there are good people everywhere and from all walks of life.
For the most part, everyone is just trying to do their best.
