He attended Poteau High School and Carl Albert Jr. College in Poteau, OK.
He then received his B.S. Degree (Major in Biology & Minor in Chemistry) from East Central University in Ada, OK.
After moving to Florida, he attended the University of Florida Dental School, graduating with his D.M.D. Degree.
