He graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Sports Medicine.
Afterward, Dr. Kim attended Baylor College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2005.
He has since been practicing in the DFW metroplex.
Dr. Kim continues his education at The Scottsdale Center for Dentistry to keep up with advances in dentistry to provide the most up to date dental care for his patients.

I hate dentist and dentist offices and all things involved with it but this place is AWESOME!! My hygienist, Julie, was so gentle and so kind and understanding of how anxious I was and while she worked she checked in on me and encouraged me and made everything so simple I wondered why I was ever scared!
Dr Kim came in and went over my X-rays, told me what I still needed to have done and was clear and kind and answered my questions. I have a follow up to get a crown next week and while I’m still nervous, I am not scared anymore I actually look forward to seeing the professional staff and the gorgeous office! I won’t lie and say I suddenly like dentists now, but Modern Dental has definitely tipped the scales for me. I can see myself coming here twice a year for cleanings like I’m supposed to
