While attending dental school he participated in an "externship" in implants at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn.
After graduating dental school in 1986, he participated in a one year residency at a dental practice run by the University of Pennsylvania treating the faculty and staff.
As chief resident, his emphasis was cosmetic dentistry and tooth reconstruction.
In 1988 he had the opportunity to open B & D Dental Excellence - A Dental365 Company in Nanuet, New York, where he practiced for 20 years.
