He is a 1975 graduate of Wachusett Regional High School.
He earned a BA in Natural Science from Assumption College, a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University.
Dr. Gusha has been practicing dentistry in Holden for over 25 years.

Dr. Gusha is an active member of the Worcester District Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and the Central New England Dental Research Group.

Dr. Gusha as well as our staff can make even our tiniest of patients feel at ease during their first visit.
Children aged 1- 18 years of age will be seen by a qualified and compassionate hygienist and doctor for their initial visit.
The hygienist will perform a cleaning and help instruct the child on proper brushing and flossing techniques.
Depending on age, the child may also have between 2 and 4 bitewing x-rays taken and topical fluoride applied.
Because we are committed to providing excellent dental care, you will find that your first visit to our office will include a thorough and comprehensive examination, lasting approximately 90 minutes.
