Dr. Rita earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.
She has been practicing in Alvarado, Texas since 2013 and in Willow Park, Texas since 2017.

Dr. Rita and her husband, Dr. Ese Okugbaye, enjoy spending time with their two sons and one daughter.
In addition, Dr. Rita enjoys music, art, and gardening.
Dr. Ese earned his Bachelor's in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry in 2009.
