After graduating with honors from Alabama A&M University, she was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the active Army, where her path to dentistry began.
She currently serves in the District of Columbia Army National Guard.
Dr. Lowe received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2005.
