After receiving his dental degree in Paris, Dr. Elbaz moved to Los Angeles, where he was accepted into the program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to train under world-renowned Periodontists, Dr. Fermin Carranza, Dr. Barrie Kenney and Dr. Henry Takei.
