We want your first visit to be a true quality experience and to provide you with information about your dental health, we will schedule your first visit with one of our doctors.
At this visit you will have a complete examination and evaluation by the doctor as well as update your radiographs (x-rays).
If you have bite wing radiographs from a previous office that were taken within one year and/or a panoramic x-ray or full series, please either have them forwarded to our office prior to your appointment or bring them with you.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Nawotka has lived and practiced dentistry in Vermont since 1989.
He is a general dentist who provides dental care in all areas of dentistry.
During his professional career, he has provided care in private practice settings; was on extended active duty with the United States Army; spent several years on the medical staff at a large teaching hospital and was a faculty member at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
On a personal note he is retired from the Army with over thirty years of service in the Reserve system.
He is a general dentist who provides dental care in all areas of dentistry.
