Both natural teeth and teeth with restorations survive best in an oral environment that is clean and where proper oral hygiene is maintained.

For the first five years, I practiced with my brother, Dr. Philip Cochran in the building two doors from our current office.
When we outgrew the office, I moved down the street three doors and practiced there until December of 2000.
We are very proud of the office, a modern structure with an open airy feeling and lots of light.
After practicing in rather cramped quarters, it is wonderful to work in such a lovely office.

The proper technique used in flossing is to wrap the floss between the thumb and forefinger of both hands and beginning with the molars, wrap the floss around each tooth, working it up and down several times on each side of the tooth.
