Services
Dr. Rayes graduated with a Dental Degree in General Dentistry from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
After this, he attended a General Practice Residency in order to learn more advanced techniques and gain a deeper understanding of dental concepts.
Dr. Rayes began his career providing dental services to adults and children in the remote villages of Alaska utilizing small aircraft and portable dental gear in the remote areas of Dillingham, Alaska and on Kodiak Island.
After 8 years of service, it became clear that he loved working with children and this led to his decision to return to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry for 3 years of additional training to attain a master's degree in pediatric dentistry.

Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age.
Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
You can make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive.
If old enough, your child should be informed of the visit and told that the dentist and their staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions.
