Welcome to our practice, Lovejoy Dental Center, named after the famous Albion-born abolitionist, Elijah Parrish Lovejoy. Located in the lower level of the Lovejoy Health Center, Lovejoy Dental Center first opened its doors in 1988 with a mission to provide quality and compassionate dental care to the people in Albion and the surrounding Central Maine community.
In 2006, Dr. Allen S. Goldey became the new owner of this practice. Our office understands the importance of oral health, and we are committed to providing you honest, quality care in a warm, pleasant environment. At Lovejoy Dental Center we provide an array of dental services to help you maintain healthy teeth. Our services include, but are not limited to teeth cleanings and whitening, cosmetic dentistry, extractions, dentures, surgical implant placement and restoration, root canals, and filling cavities.

Services
Dr. Allen S. Goldey was born in Atlanta and grew up near Daytona Beach, Florida.
As a child, he was always interested in becoming a dentist, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and uncle.
After graduating from Florida State University with a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, Dr. Goldey attended University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore.
During his time in dental school, he was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship through the U.S. Air Force (USAF).
During this time, Dr. Goldey married Anya Freiman Goldey, a Maine native, and together they decided they planned to eventually settle in Maine.
