For your convenience we offer CareCredit and our team of professionals will gladly assist you in completing an application. CareCredit is a great way to finance your dental care over a period of time and allow you the flexibility and opportunity to complete your required dental care as needed.
We accept the majority of dental plans and our administrative staff will gladly file your claim. Our office also accepts assignments. Occasionally your assistance may be required in following up with an insurance claim to assure that claims are paid in timely fashion. Co-payments and deductibles are estimated at the time of service and any portion that is due after insurance has been filed becomes the patient responsibility.
