Dr Moore was raised on a small farm in Highland Utah.
He completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University with a BA in Animal Science.
He and his wife moved to Richmond Virginia in 2000, after having been accepted with a scholarship to Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
All three of their children were born in Virginia, and it was a wonderful place to temporarily call home.
After Graduating from VCU in 2004, Dr. Moore was one of two residents accepted at MCguire Veteran Affairs Hospital where he completed a two year General Practice Residency with emphasis on dental medicine and surgery.
