She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1992.
Julie graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry's dental hygiene program in 1996 and started working with Dr. David Haning.
She has been with this office throughout her career, building amazing relationships with all of her patients.
Julie is married to Gary Arnett, and they reside in Bridgeport.
She is the proud mother of two sons, Connor and Cole.

So now that I'm feeling better I want to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Minigh and his wife.
I ended up with a horrible toothache Sunday evening.
I was in sooo much pain I couldn't stand it.,
Took my four year old for his first visit ( I know, shame on me for waiting so long ) I left with a screaming child who refused to be seen.
But when we got home, he decided he was ready to go "get his teeth brushed" I called to see if I could bring him back and they said To come ahead.
By the time we left, he loved the dentist and said he was going back next week!
