Services
Dr. Jessica Phillips grew up in LaFollette, Tennessee.

Dr. Jessica went on to complete her post-doctoral residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in 2012.
After completing her education, Dr. Jessica decided to return to the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee to start her practice.
Professional cleanings (dental prophylaxis) performed by a certified dental hygienist form the foundation for preventing gum disease and tooth decay.
Plaque sticks to teeth and causes tooth decay and gum disease.
Remove calculus (tartar) above the gum line - Calculus is plaque that has hardened on the tooth surface and is difficult to remove.
Dental x-rays or radiographs are very important.
They allow the dentist to see things about your oral health that cannot be seen by the naked eye.
By using an x-ray to diagnose these problems, we can help save you money in the long run from surgeries or other treatments that might become necessary if we didn't find the problem.
At East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry, we believe that every child is unique and our office is designed with that in mind.
We want to establish a positive relationship with your child and to evaluate his/her dental health.
Our office has highly trained staff and a fun environment to make your child's visit comfortable and enjoyable.
We will help your child learn about the dental visit, taking one step at a time so that he/she will be as prepared as possible.
ETPD4KIDS is a fun place with games, toys, books, and televisions to entertain your child during his/her visit.
A pediatric dentist is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of infants, children, adolescents and patients with special health care needs.
Pediatric dentists complete two or three years of additional specialized training (after the required four years of dental school), which includes study in child psychology, growth, and development.
They are also trained and qualified to care for patients with medical, physical, or mental disabilities.
Their specialization allows them to provide treatment for a wide variety of children's dental problems such as tooth decay and cavities, malocclusion and crooked teeth, and emergency care.
