Services
Periodontics is the dental specialty that treats periodontal disease, an inflammatory disease that affects the gums and surrounding bone.
If you're experiencing bleeding gums, sensitive or receding gums, bad breath, tooth pain, or shifting teeth, you may have periodontal disease.
When those symptoms are present, it's time to see a periodontist.
Dr. Even-Hen is a board-certified periodontist who specializes in diagnosing and treating these conditions as well as preventing further damage, through non-surgical, less invasive procedures, and certain corrective and cosmetic gum treatments.

The band aid fell off, what do I do?
The bandaid placed over the surgical site is an added layer of protection but not absolutely necessary.
Do I need X-rays?
We need current X-rays to diagnose your case and develop the appropriate treatment plan.
If your referring dentist has taken X-rays, please bring a legible copy or have them forwarded to us by mail or email.
What will my periodontal treatment cost?
What will my dental insurance cover?
Once Dr. Even-Hen completes your examination, he will form a treatment plan and the corresponding fees.
The fees vary, depending on the case and which dental insurance you have.
If you have dental insurance, the staff will call the company to determine your benefits, how much coverage you have left, and what your co-payments will be.
