There, his father practiced general dentistry after graduating from The Ohio State College of Dentistry. Being raised a Buckeye, Dr. Meyer chose to go to Ohio for his dental education. It was at Ohio State that he met his future wife Tyra, who is a 1994 graduate. After he graduated in 1993, he returned to Michigan to practice with his father. It was with his father that Dr. Meyer feels he learned the most.
After four years, he moved to Wapakoneta and married Tyra. He has been living here ever since, raising four kids with Tyra. They now have two children in college, and their oldest son, Tristan, starts dental school at Ohio State this year.
