It's his own heritage and history that developed a passion for dentistry and a desire to truly help people.
Born in Cuba, Dr. Mendez completed dental school at the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, located in Havana, in 1980.
He later returned to continue his dental education and better serve his patients, earning an advanced oral surgery degree in 1993.
Eventually, Dr. Mendez relocated to the United States where he furthered his dental studies at the Loma Linda University, in California.
It's his own heritage and history that developed a passion for dentistry and a desire to truly help people.
