He attended Grantsville High School where he participated in athletics, Youth City Council, Esteem Team, and served as Student Body Secretary his senior year.
During High School Dr. Allred started for the Varsity Football, Basketball and Baseball teams as a sophomore. He received All-State honors his junior and senior year in football and baseball. He was also selected as the 2A State Football MVP his senior year after helping his team win the State Championship Title over the Morgan Trojans in 1996.
