A Colorado resident since 1976, he attended Regis Jesuit High School where he learned the Jesuit value of being a 'Man For Others, attended Colorado State University, eventually graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1997.
Even before graduating dental school, his father Dr. Stuart Bennett sent David to train with some of the finest aesthetic and reconstructive dentists in the world, and it was at this time that Dr. Bennett rejected the popular trend in cosmetic dentistry of making smiles that look artificial, and embraced a style of creating smiles that are natural, radiant, and unique to each client.
