Adam Forster, Matthew Clary, Andrew Nothem and Martin Jasek work together to provide our patients with the highest standard of dental care available.

Our doctors have extensive training in all areas of dentistry and take hours of continuing education to stay up to date on all technology.

We have same day emergency appointments as well as doctors on call after hours to make sure you stay smiling. Dr. Adam Forster grew up in Baraboo, WI. He attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN where he received his bachelor's degree and the University of Minnesota for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Adam Forster has been a long-time resident of Southern Wisconsin.
He grew up in Baraboo and went to high school there.
After graduation, he attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and received his bachelor's degree.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home!
Our staff is trained, skilled, and has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care.
We strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient, and we stay current with the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Sandy has been in the dental industry since 1996.
Her career began as a dental assistant and then transitioned to the Financial/Insurance Coordinator.
Your initial exam will last approximately an hour and a half.
Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth.
In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this visit and provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and proposed treatment.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also offer CareCredit with financing periods ranging from six months to five years.
In-house financing for orthodontic treatment is also available to help make your treatment more affordable.
As a courtesy to our patients without insurance, we offer a prepayment discount of 10%,a nd have various incentives for those who pay for treatment in full the day services are rendered.
I've been taking my 2 daughters there for the last 2 years and dentists are wonderful and funny make our visits relaxing and welcoming.
