Growing up, she spent many days in the classroom with her mom, who was an elementary school teacher for 32 years.
Even then, Dr. V knew she wanted to combine her passion for children and serving others.
Dr. Martinez, or Dr. V, attended Marquette University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Spanish before continuing on to Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee for her dental degree.

First time visit and have to say that I am blown away by how calm, caring, and accommodating they were for my two year old. Monika was wonderful to assist in my son getting his cleaning. She saw that he was a little stressed out from the get go and did everything she could to help ease him.
Dr. Martinez was extremely kind as well. Loved seeing a happy face from the start. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had.
Bringing a toddler to a dental cleaning is never a fun experience, this one was very calming which was a huge relief! Five stars!

This office cannot be matched with the care, professionalism and overall warmth that the office staff and Dr. provide. My son had a few cavities filled during a visit, and the doc and staff were super patient with ensuring he was comfortable and tolerating treatment.
I personally drive 30 minutes to come to this office and I wouldn't choose anywhere else to go than Children's dental specialty. The doc is so sweet, so caring, and amazingly patient. She takes her time, is thorough, and is always very genuine. Front desk staff is super friendly and thorough with ensuring proper billing. Would 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care for this kiddos.

Today was our first visit at Children's Dental Specialty Group and it was an easy and positive experience for our girls and us, the parents (most importantly right? ;))Dr Veronica and her staff were wonderful and super sweet.
The office is convenient to get to, park, and find. Being new patients, I was worried that things would take long and that my impatient (aka rambunctious) 2-year old and 4 year-old would have meltdowns at some point during the whole process. Thankfully, new patient forms were available online so I could fill them out from home beforehand, and everyone in the office was efficient with getting us in and out without making us feel rushed.
Our girls did great overall and thanks to Dr Veronica and her kind, patient and truly genuine demeanor (and fun reward/prize system), our girls weren't terrified or running and screaming for the door.

Back at Dr. B's today for cleaning for all three of my kids' chompers. These guys are so GREAT! Their reminder system really helps me get the whole gang here despite our crazy schedule. The staff is ALL top notch and Dr. B is our favorite! The office couldn't be more comfortable and parking is close and easy. I am so, so grateful to have found this little dental heaven!

I took my 1 year old daughter to Children's Specialty Dental for her very first dentist appointment and I was very happy with the care and attention we received from Dr. V. The doctor was not rushed like they sometimes are, she was very good with my child and very thorough.
The office itself is very inviting with its calming color scheme and friendly staff.
Both the assistant and the dentist were sure to make sure I had answers to any questions I had and they were very warm and caring which is an absolute must for any professionals who deal with children! They even took a picture to commemorate our first visit to the dentist.
The Scottsdale location is also very convenient and easy to find! And what busy mom or dad doesn't love convenience?
If you are looking for a dentist for your child, look no further! You will be in good hands here.
